Pediatric Speech Therapist is run by AAA Internet Brands, LLC. This page explains how we handle information on pediatricspeechtherapist.com.
What you give us
The contact form. If you write to us, we get your name, email, and message. We use them to reply to you.
The newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email so we can send it. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Directory listing requests. If you ask to be listed as a provider, we collect what you submit about your practice: your name, practice name, email, location, specialties, and any details you add. This is business information you are asking us to publish or review.
We do not ask for information about your child, and you should not send a child’s medical details through the contact form.
What we collect automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and how people arrive. It tells us that a page was popular, not who you are.
Approximate location. When you submit a form, we record the country, state or region, and timezone your connection resolves to, so we know which regions the site serves. We do not collect your city or coordinates, and we do not store your IP address.
Cookies
We do not set our own tracking cookies. Google Analytics sets its own to measure traffic. You can block or delete these in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Who else handles your information
We use Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for analytics, Resend to email ourselves when you submit a form, and our own self-hosted Listmonk and PocketBase servers to store newsletter subscribers and form submissions.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages and listing requests are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to how we process your information and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Use the contact form and tell us what you want done.
Children
This site is written for parents, caregivers, and clinicians. It is about children, but it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
Contact
Questions about any of this, or a request about your own information, go through the contact form.
